I am sharing this information because I have experienced it first hand. When I was more active I also did more projects and was more excited to do projects. After landing a desk job with a lot of overtime, I have become a lethargic slug that just wants to eat Toblerone and play video games.

So we won’t mind not being in shape, we’ll eat anything that tastes good to cope with stress, and we’ll “sacrifice” sleep to get more done.
